Be a Trusted Business, Capture Positive Customer Experiences
After a long time away from CollectTrust, I'm working on it again - got to get those first 10 customers now :-).
My focus right now is specific integrations with CollectTrust, such as Help Scout, so that I can have a nice narrow market to start with, and I'll expand from there once there are some success stories.
Put together a landing page to gauge interest. Let's see how this goes!
My brother-in-law and I started working on the first prototypes for CollectTrust.
We are building using a Laravel backend with Vue.js and Bootstrap 4 on the front end. The public website is built with Tightenco's Jigsaw, which is a static HTML website generator.
Our approach is TDD, so we aim to have 100% code coverage. One of us writes the test, and the other one makes the test pass.
I really wanted a simple way to ask customers who had positive experiences with our customer service team to leave a public review. That was the first seedling of an idea for CollectTrust.
