Color Picker: Camera HEX RGB

Hey IH! I'm Tom, a solo developer from Czech Republic running a small indie studio called Lapnito.

I just shipped my first cross-platform app — Color Picker: Camera HEX RGB. It's a simple tool that lets you point your phone camera at any surface and instantly identify colors in HEX, RGB, HSL, and CMYK formats.

The idea came from my own frustration — I was working on a design project and needed to match a wall paint color to a digital palette. Every app I tried was either bloated with ads or wanted unnecessary permissions.

So I built one that's completely free, has zero ads, zero tracking, and collects no user data. Privacy was a non-negotiable from day one.

The app is built with Flutter, so it runs natively on both Android and iOS. It supports real-time camera color detection, manual color input, and a history of recently picked colors.
