Colorfool
Free color palette generator with accessibility built in
Every color tool I used made me choose between fast and correct: pick a palette quickly, then separately check if it actually works, WCAG contrast, colorblind safety, whether it holds up in a real UI. That second step almost always got skipped.
So Colorfool checks accessibility as you build, not after: full pairwise WCAG contrast across every color pair in the palette, a colorblind distinguishability score for the whole set, and a live preview in an actual UI mockup so you can see it working before you ship it.
It grew from there into a fuller toolkit: a color-format converter, a mixing calculator, dark-mode pairing, shade/tint scales, a 12-season personal color quiz, and native export to Adobe .ase, Sketch, and Procreate.
Everything is free, no account required, no paywalled accessibility checks. Would love feedback from anyone who works with color regularly, especially on what's missing.
