I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but lately I've had this weird feeling that there's just too much happening to actually keep up with anything.
I'll open Reddit, then Google News, then some tech website, then see something about a funding round on LinkedIn — and somehow spend 30 minutes scrolling without actually knowing what's important.
And the annoying part is that I genuinely like knowing what's happening*. AI, startups, business, markets, new companies, interesting developments… I just don't want staying informed to become another full-time job.
So I built something for myself.
It's called Comett - it brings news and funding stories from 29 sources into one clean place. You can just open it, spend a few minutes going through what's happening, and save anything you want to come back to.
It's still very early, and honestly I have no idea whether this is something other people would find useful or whether I've just built something to solve my own problem 😅

Some time ago I had similar idea with war news around the world. But biggest issue was that many if that news arent true so the compliance is biggest problem. Another problem is copyright - how you want to solve that? You cannot copy someones texts without approval.
The strongest part is the problem framing: the issue isn't lack of tech news, but too much fragmented information and no clear signal about what actually matters.
