CommComm

Today, Orchid Labs became CommComm's second customer. I found out about the opportunity through a Telegram group of other community management and developer relations people. It doesn't add much to my workload, and there's the opportunity to help out another privacy-focused team/company who is launching their product shortly.

Who will be customer number 3? :)

Today I transitioned from working an office to job back to being self-employed, working from home. CommComm didn't yet exist at this point as I hadn't registered the business, but the foundations of what to come were there. Learning all about community management, how to do it well, how to both have fun and be serious when needed, how to hold the line on potentially awkward discussions, etc.
