10 paying clients
Recently we achieved a great milestone of 10 paying clients for Communal!
At the start of the year we were worried about the potential impact COVID might continue to have on our business but since then have doubled the client based.
With the current leads and prospects we have right now we believe we can double our client base again this year.

Hey, congrats. If possible can you please share some information like How did you approach first 10 customers? Did you approach them via email or some other platform? How did you decide about pricing?

We started by cold emailing and cold calling customers. Our approach was to work together with them to help build a software tool that they would benefit from. More recently we have started to see more word-of-mouth growth which is great.
For pricing we looked a similar solutions and are still trying to figure out what might work best. Our conversations with the customers helped guide some of the pricing decisions we have made today.
