Can't say I've got the hand of it yet, 100 is not that big overall but my tips would be same as everyone else I guess–tweet frequently and something interesting. Hopefully something that's related to your product.
I also engage with every single tweet about my product–these people usually follow me after that.
Don't spam/follow every single account you see. Even if that gets you a few followers they won't be active.

Product page is the most popular and probably most important page on the website. Since release it haven't changed that much but with analytics I got a lot of insight about the usage and ideas on how to make it better.
So today we're rolling out a completely new product page:
- shifted accent on teams using this product instead of their stack;
- introduced "usage insights"–a section with interesting things about this product usage, for example if some teams use each others products
- added likes to show user activity and be able to sort apps by popularity;
- added category to apps in the app stack section. This will help get an idea what the app is about without clicking through;
and lots of smaller changes that hopefully provide a delightful experience :)

How dos companies.tools compare to https://stackshare.io ?

Good question. Not sure where stackshare get their data but we're verifying products by collabing with the products themselves–they provide the list. Even if we did extensive research and found multiple apps that are for a fact used by that product we still don't verify it until a representative from the team submits the list for us.
But our main competitive advantage is that we provide an embedable widget for your landing page that dynamically showcases your customers. In the future we want to take this even further.
