Chat Messaging System for Easier Collaborations
We released a feature that allows filmmakers and video creators to initiate a chat directly with a composer after discovery. This is where the collaboration process takes place after a project is created or a composer is found in our discover page by a creator.
Recently we've had our first customers, both for creating an actual soundtrack to a video and also some people signed up for compozly pro subscription. So things are going pretty well recently. We've also started to do some affiliate marketing to hopefully bring some more filmmakers onto our portal.
This ain't easy but we're getting somewhere :smile:
At this moment, according to google analytics we're having over 500 users (mostly composers).
The traffic is coming mostly through social media. Along with users, we've got a lot of questions from the composers and even somebody created a forum thread asking if we're legit.
That said there's still no single customer, but we'll get there!
The first composer has registered and successfully created a profile for himself.
And we didn't even officially launch yet.
I have no idea where he came from but it could be SEO or one of our social media profiles.
It's not like a first customer but it is satisfying nevertheless :)
The MVP is "finished". We are now allowing users to create their profiles and filmmakers to request music they want.
In addition, we've also reworked our marketing page which is now focusing on converting independent filmmakers.
That said we can assume that this is our first soft launch.
