August 16, 2021 +20 Twitter followers in 2 weeks

I've started posting a weekly concept on Twitter and IH. So far I've grown my Twitter following by 20 in 2 weeks. That's 10% improvement for me. Nice!
I've also started posting more regularly on Twitter, so far mostly just responding to others threads.
Set my goal to grow by 300 in 6 months. Pacing well

July 31, 2021 Published first four concepts on geoffbyron.com

I had a TON of energy to work on this project over the last few weeks so ended up publishing more than one concept per week. There are now four concepts live on my website. I’m thinking of only publishing one a week to Twitter because (1) I want to be consistent and (2) I want to make sure I’m spending enough time distributing each post

July 15, 2021 Developed my initial writing process

I put my constraint-driven process in place to support me publishing a new concept every week

  • Idea generation - I generate ideas when I exercise and listen to podcasts. I go on runs 3-4 times a week which gives me plenty of idea fuel
  • 1 hour to develop concept diagram
  • 50 minutes to turn it into a twitter thread
  • 10 minutes to translate twitter thread to geoffbyron.com post

July 6, 2021 Launched my website

I sit in an interesting information flow (at least I find it interesting). At the intersection of tech and business strategy. In this flow I come across a lot of ideas (both mine and others) that give me bursts of creative energy.
It’s a great feeling, unless I have nothing to direct it towards. So I created geoffbyron.com to give that energy a destination by pursuing these ideas ideas until I can understand, organize, and turn them into a simple, visual concept.
