Hi everyone,
I’m Danny, co-founder of Coniva.ai. We’ve just released our MVP, and I wanted to share what we’re building and why.

What We’re Building

Coniva enables businesses to create AI Customer Experience (CX) agents that can talk, listen, and respond naturally — across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and websites.
The idea is to make it possible for anyone to set up an intelligent agent in minutes, without technical knowledge.

We’re also working on voice automation and outbound communication, so businesses can handle things like appointment scheduling, renewals, and follow-ups automatically.

Why We Started

I run a swim school in Singapore. We often took half a day to respond to new enquiries because humans can only handle so much at once. Those delays cost us customers.
My co-founder, Rajesh, had a similar experience when his child was sick — he couldn’t reach the clinic to make an appointment because no one picked up the phone.

We both saw the same issue: customer service breaks down when availability depends on people being online or awake.

We wanted to build something that removes that limitation — a system that communicates naturally, represents your business accurately, and never switches off.

What Makes This Different

Most existing tools focus on text-based chat or narrow automation. Coniva is built as infrastructure for human-like communication, with plans for:

• Voice interaction that sounds natural, not robotic

• Outbound AI messaging to follow up with customers

• Industry-specific models that understand each domain’s tone and intent

What We’re Looking For

We’re just getting started and would appreciate feedback on:
