This one was much harder because I had only iOS development experience, so I was learning Android APIs and quirks on the go. But using C# and .NET for the shared cross-platform code helped a lot: I only needed to recreate the UIs on Android and bind them to already existing app logic.

A silent launch of a small mobile app. Outside of doing some search optimization for the App Store(adjusting the keywords, subtitle) I didn't promote it because the version for Android wasn't ready yet. The app managed to get some installs though, even while being at the bottom of most searches.
