We just crossed 200 paid subscriptions via AppSumo and wanted to share how we got there — raw, honest, and maybe helpful if you’re building something too.

👀 Why we built Connexify

My co-founder was crying every single day because of the horrible onboarding chaos with clients:

Too many clicks. Too many “Can you please give me access again?” messages.

It was frustrating to watch — and even more frustrating to live through.

I was tired of hearing the same rant every evening, so I showed him a better way.

An easy, smooth, branded way to onboard clients in minutes — not days.

That’s how Connexify was born.

We started building in October 2024 and made it public at the end of April 2025.

Every improvement we made came from talking to users. Seriously.

We built features based on real problems, not guesses:

• Webhooks for dev teams

• Quota tracking for busy agencies

• Branded client flows for a professional feel

• Better permission debugging for Meta & Google

• And soon: more languages + full white label (the most requested features)

• 2 min 25 sec median onboarding time (we timed it)
