ConsultClock
Intelligent time tracking for consultants and freelancers.
I just soft-launched ConsultClock after 2 months of nights/weekends building. Currently at $0 MRR but have a solid product and clear problem-solution fit.
The problem I'm solving: As a freelancer, I was losing $300+ monthly due to poor time tracking. Forgetting meetings, undercharging projects, spending Sundays reconstructing timesheets. Talked to 10-20 other consultants - they all had the same issue.
What makes ConsultClock different:
Calendar sync that auto-creates time entries from meetings
Smart break detection (no more "do I pause for bathroom breaks?" anxiety)
ROI calculator showing exactly how much money poor tracking costs
Built specifically for consultants, not generic employees
Current traction:
13+ beta users giving feedback
23% average revenue increase reported by testers
4.8/5 satisfaction score from early users
Getting organic signups from word-of-mouth
Where I need help:
Getting more eyeballs on the product
Feedback on pricing strategy (currently $16-39/month)
Distribution channels - where do consultants hang out online?
Should I focus on solopreneurs or small agencies first?
My ask: If you're a consultant/freelancers or know consultants, I'd love 2 minutes of feedback. What would make you actually try a new time tracking tool?
Check it out: consultclock.com
Also happy to offer free accounts to fellow indie hackers who want to test it out!
What's worked for you when launching with zero revenue? Any growth tactics I should prioritize?
About
I was losing $100+ every month as a freelancer because I couldn't accurately track my time. I'd forget meetings, underestimate project hours, and spend my Sundays reconstructing timesheets from memory.
