Blog Management for a Flat Monthly Fee
We spoke to an old client to find out why they left and what their needs were now to produce a custom plan for them. They've taken us up on the offer which is what lead to the further boost to the MRR shown here on IH.
The takeaway here is that a churned customer is not necessarily lost revenue forever.
Content Gurus was (and still is) a side project... But that needs to change.
Distractions, other projects and life got in the way of Content Gurus in 2019 but we still have our first customer going strong and happy with the service we offer... And that's why 2020 is the year for us to pull our fingers out and get to work on building up the number of paying customers.
With reworked the pricing, changed the landing page and are now working hard on a long and short term marketing strategy.
It's embarrassing... We gained our first paying subscriber and we don't know how. A combination of naivety, lack of analytics and no conversion tracking whatsoever meant we don't know where this paying subscriber came from but we won't complain.
It helped us validate that Content Gurus is a service that UK businesses will pay for! 🥳
