This week was all infrastructure: cross-links on all 64 pages done, Google confirmed fixing 35 canonical issues, schema validated across the site. Listed on SaaSworthy, Capterra under review.

Published a dev.to article on AVIF encoding costs in production - 47x slower than WebP, 2.5GB RAM per conversion with libaom. Got some traction.

GSC: impressions up 463 -> 508. Clicks still at 6 total - that's the next wall.

avif-to-png leads at 85 impressions with 0 clicks, meaning position is still too low. Cross-links should push it up over the next 2-3 weeks.

Timed it with Chrome 145 shipping native JPEG XL support — finally a good moment for JXL to become mainstream.

Day 1 was quiet (1 upvote 😅) but the product is live and SEO work is ongoing. Would love any feedback on UX or missing features.
