Our competitors are traditional content marketing agencies which charge $500+/post, as well as a lot of the AI content marketing products that are popping up which promise to generate whole blog posts.

I'd say there is no price that is best to charge specifically for AI. That depends on the industry you're in separate to AI. You're in the copywriting business? Look at what your competitors (both AI and non AI) are charging and what they're offering.
You can offer higher or lower depending on value proposition.
For me, I'm working on an AI as a service Evoke. We're start out with penetration pricing, so our main goal is to price lower than our biggest competitors, and raise the price as we add more value with new features as time goes on.
