AI-Powered Marketing Content Writer - In Spanish
From 1999 to 2009, I practiced law in Spain. But it was my side hustle that changed everything. I created a MoveOn-style petition website called HazteOir (HO). A few years later, HO skyrocketed. By 2009, I decided to go full-time in mobilizing citizens to defend freedom, fundamental human rights, and shared values.
Fast forward to 2013, I founded CitizenGO (my second startup)—a citizen engagement platform that has only seen exponential growth since. Today, we're a community of over 18 million people across 20 countries standing up for life, family, and freedom.
A decade later, around March or April this year, I stumbled upon some game-changing tools: AI-based writing assistants like ChatGPT, Jasper, CopyAI, and Writesonic. We began using them at CitizenGO for our campaigns and emails. I was blown away by the speed and quality of the generated text.
That's when it hit me: AI is about to revolutionize the future of copywriting and content creation completely.
I scoured the market for a similar tool in Spanish and—much to my surprise—found almost nothing. So, the gears started turning. Why not build a startup that offers Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs an AI-driven platform capable of producing high-quality marketing content in minutes, not hours?
With some savings and by selling a few stocks, I hired a software development agency to build the web app.
For the past four months, it's been a non-stop grind. By day, I'm 100% plugged into the HO and CitizenGO teams, planning campaigns and strengthening two of the most effective civil society organizations. By nights and weekends, I've been tirelessly working to launch my new startup.
