See the Way. Feel the Win.

March 4, 2026 We looked at everything we needed to do and nearly cried. So we built the tool that told us what to skip.

Honestly, the breaking point was a Tuesday afternoon.

We had a goal. We had a whiteboard full of things we should be doing. Marketing, product, ops, outreach, content, hiring — the list was real and it was endless. And somewhere in the middle of staring at it, the feeling shifted from motivated to defeated. There was no way. Not as a small team. Not with the hours we actually had.

Every PM tool we tried made it worse. They were great at capturing everything. None of them helped us figure out what actually mattered.

So we stopped trying to do everything and started asking a different question: if we only have X hours this week, what are the things that move the needle — and what can we skip?

That question became CorZen.

You tell it your goal. It asks you a few relevant questions about your strategy, your team's capacity, the tools you already have. Then it builds a 13-week plan: tasks assigned to specific people, milestones with dates, a live burndown so you always know where you stand. No blank board. No status meetings to figure out if you're on track.

The constraint is the point. Thirteen weeks forces you to choose. And choosing is the thing most planning tools actively help you avoid.

We launched today. Free forever for solopreneurs, $5/user/month for teams.

Has anyone else hit that Tuesday afternoon moment? Curious how you got through it — and whether a tool helped or you just had to make peace with the list. 👉 corzenhub.com

About

I needed a way to figure out what activities were critical and what could be skipped, and then stay on track to finish them. Other project management tools felt like a waste of time so I built CorZen.
