Coworking Space Discovery Platform
Hey Indie Hackers! 👋 We are really excited to finally share what we've been working on with this community.
The Problem With the massive shift toward hybrid and distributed work, flexible offices are booming. But if you've ever actually tried to find and secure a flex-office or coworking space for your team in Europe, you know how painful the process is.
The market is incredibly fragmented. Pricing is notoriously opaque (you almost always have to "Request a Quote" just to see basic desk prices), amenities are inconsistently listed, and you end up browsing dozens of different operator websites or dealing with traditional, slow-moving brokers. Commercial real estate tech is honestly stuck in the past.
What We Are Building We decided to build CoworkingView — a digital brokerage platform specifically for the European flex-office market.
Instead of just building another static directory, we act as a modern digital broker. We are standardizing all the complex pricing and workspace data into one intuitive marketplace. The goal is to make discovering, evaluating, and securing a professional workspace as seamless as booking a hotel. We are starting our focus in major hubs like Berlin and expanding from there.
Where We're At & Our Ask Right now, we are focused on getting our initial supply side (workspace operators) onboarded and refining the user experience for companies looking for space.
Since this is a two-sided B2B marketplace, getting that initial liquidity is the hardest part. We'd love to hear from anyone here who has experience building B2B marketplaces or PropTech:

The interesting thing here is that marketplaces often look like a supply problem in the beginning.
Then a few months later founders realize they were actually solving a trust problem, a discovery problem, or a transaction problem all along.
