Sunsetted escrow service

Around this date we sunsetted the marketplace escrow service because both sides of the market didn't like it even though it got them what they wanted - agencies closing for work and getting paid on time, and c lients getting the work that was sold or else they were protected. Moved to a new billing model which has worked much better.
