I tried to stay consistent with topics and how frequent I uploaded new episodes. When I first published in n 2018, I was scared to go on a public platform and explain my past. I wanted to always speak from my heart, so every episode is un-scripted. I want those who listen or need advice to "feel" my story, and decided to not recite any content, no matter how ugly it sounds. I hope the audience sees the effort as "no BS" .
