My Process:

Started at 3 am (unable to sleep), learned Git/Vercel/RapidAPI as I went, and shipped everything the same day.

Tech Stack:

Node.js + Express, React + Tailwind, Leaflet maps, Vercel deployment

Current Status:

- Revenue: €0 (launched 12h ago)

- Users: Just me testing

- Traffic: Starting promotion now

My Questions for IH:

1. Best channels for marketing APIs?

2. How to get the first 100 users?

3. Pricing strategy - too low/high?

4. Should I focus on one product first?
