CritSnap
Collect clear, visual feedback that keeps projects moving
Back in my freelance days I wanted a visual feedback tool for client projects, but the pricing made no sense for one person. That itch never went away.
So I built CritSnap, a feedback widget where clients screenshot, annotate, and report issues right on the page, and everything syncs to Jira, GitHub Issues, Trello, or Azure DevOps. $19/mo flat for up to 5 seats, no per-user pricing. Free plan for your first project.
Where I'm at: live, working, exactly 0 users. This week I started distribution, directory listings first, then answering questions in communities. One small task a day so I actually keep going.
For those further along: what actually got you your first 10 users? Directories, communities, or something I'm not thinking of? Really love to hear what worked.
About
10+ years ago as a freelance solo dev, Userback's pricing didn't work for someone working alone. It stuck with me. Now I built CritSnap myself. Screenshot, annotate, sync to Jira, GitHub, Trello, Azure DevOps.

I like that you're questioning the pricing model instead of just adding another set of integrations.
The interesting challenge is making people realize they're not switching because CritSnap has more features—they're switching because the pricing philosophy aligns better with how small teams actually buy software.
