The beta program is going so well. My beta testers have experienced amazing results from finding a very expensive loophole that was allowing customers to reactivate their accounts and not pay (some weren't paying for 6 months +), to learning about a product glitch the Founder thought had been solved 2 years prior.
Needless to say, neither tester was happy to discover these.
They have been happy now that those issues are fixed.
They're implementing new data collection systems and tagging data properly so that each team can benefit from the data. (So far, sales and marketing are the happiest with these systems.)
As of August 31, 2019. The beta program is closed to new testers.
When everything is meant to be, it just happens so quickly. After months of setting everything up for my beta program, I launched.
It took only 9 days to get my first beta tester.
And then I got 2 more within the next 2 weeks.
My beta churn reduction program was an ideal fit for B2B SaaS that had been growing but slowly because of high churn.

I needed to test my program to see if it was a good product. Created a beta churn reduction program.
It was 12 weeks long with weekly calls and email support in between.
Took me forever to create the landing page because I fretted over every little detail. I wanted the page to convert.
And it did! (See next milestone!)

Hiring the right coach is like taking a giant leap forward -- you end up skipping over a lot really bad holes that can slow you down or even keep you at a standstill.
Linda is easily the best coach I've ever hired. Even though I've had several businesses, she's helped me lay a strong foundation for my new business which has catapulted my growth.

As a new co-founder of a SaaS, I wanted to know the greatest challenges startup and scaling SaaS companies encounter.
That's when I found churn.
As a former marketer, I knew getting customers is critical in the early stages but keeping customers made better business sense for a growing company.
My skills as a former research coordinator at a university, were perfectly suited to help SaaS companies collect the data they need to explain why customers were leaving, what to do about it and how to prevent it.

Nice article..
Even as a marketer I realized one day that churn is saas. Startups are saas.
I work on SaaS products with data (usual data about the users of said products). Data, like SaaS products, are continuously transforming. Change, however, is a consideration only for data architects. Churn, on the other hand, is a consideration for everyone working with data, it is always good to analyze the data and then make a strategic plan to reduce the churn rate in the company to stand stable and then can make a plan for scaling up. After all standing in the market is primary factor to be considered.

Churn can make or break a growing SaaS. As a new co-founder, I wanted to learn all about churn. My research skills and marketing background were perfectly suited to reduce churn. That's why I now focus on Crushing Churn.
