It's one of the best works we have launched - truly the funnest developer game for web developers and designers. Hope you enjoy the experience!

We also hit 300,000 registered players on the website just days back!! 🤯
With this, we also doubled our MRR since we both went full-time in March this year!

We finally crossed 1000 sales on the CSSBattle Learn - Beginner's course!
It's something we launched in September last year - it took 7 months to reach 1000 sales!
But the great thing about is - we did ZERO marketing activity around it after the initial launch tweet!! It has just been leveraging the acquisition channel CSSBattle has built over the years.
Another amazing thing we realised about our course is - we do offer full refund if you are not satisfied with the course. But till date, we have got ZERO refund requests!! 🤯
Now that we are full-time on CSSBattle, we are so excited to build the next intermediate and expert courses and also market these courses to reach their full potential.

After a 3 year long side-project sprint on CSSBattle, we - the Kushagra's are going full-time on CSSBattle! 🎉
We have so much planned for CSSBattle that we can't to get down to building and shipping things for our players.
With very little effort and no marketing at all, we have got it to nearly $2000 MRR and we can't wait to see where the future takes this number to. We are eyeing to close at $10K this year.

It’s not easy for a game, that too for developers to make money. It took 3 years of part time efforts, but we did it! yay!

Great job. So that sounds like you have about 350 users paying monthly? Can you share what the conversation rate is, that is, about how many total users on the site? (And also about how many of them are active users?)

Thanks! Well not exactly 350 users.
- We have Ads/affiliate running on the website that gives us stable recurring revenue
- The conversation ratio is really small as of now. Our PRO subscription still needs a lot of work before most players choose to go with it. Just for an idea, we have 200K+ registered players :D

I am using latest Brave browser on Windows 11, but I tested in Firefox and Edge and it happens too.

This is just beyond imagination!
We are so happy & proud to have built one of the biggest communities of CSS enthusiasts in the world. We'll continue to make CSS & CSSBattle more fun for u all!

Yay! We have finally reached $100 in monthly recurring revenue!! And this is just through ADs that we have on the website! 🥳
There are some other sources of revenue too on CSSBattle, but since they are difficult to track on a monthly recurring basis, we are celebrating this milestone today 😆
For the curious ones, we use EthicalAds with a fallback on Carbon Ads.
It's such a wonderful feeling to reach this revenue milestone. It took us almost 2 years to reach here. It's a long journey and we are so much more excited and motivated.

yay! We crossed the big milestone of 50K registered players on CSSBattle!! 🥳 https://cssbattle.dev
We launched in April 2019, so it took about 22 months for us to reach this number. And it would have not been possible without the amazing players who play, share, challenge and have fun at CSSBattle. So a big thank you everyone 🙏🏼
Of course, one of the next milestone would be to reach 100K players, but that is not what we primarily seek. We have some amazing stuff coming up in CSSBattle this year (we recently released Jobs - https://cssbattle.dev/jobs), that will make it more fun and a learning experience and we can't wait to show them to you.

This may have taken a long time, but we finally crossed 30K mark for the number of players on CSSBattle! 🥳
It is so amazing to think about this - at least 30K unique developers have played CSSBattle, and found it interesting to signup as well!
With this, we are also nearing 350K submissions made on CSSBattle! 🔥 Which is truly insane!!
What's next? We are planning a few things to make it more fun and educational...stay tuned :)
