We landed our first customer, which came through Google PPC.

However, the user churned in under 2 minutes so not entirely sure if this counts. He did leave a reason, which has now lead to an overhaul of the UI/UX on the app side as well as easing the onboarding experience.

In essence, too much founder bias thinking the product was obvious. It, in fact, was not.

After a month of development, we're ready to launch our MVP to the world with limited functionality. We're fully functional when it comes to review automation, just a few more things need to be done to track the effects of the platform for a business.
