My website is live and I'm able to capture inbound with a basic form at the bottom. Using "roast my website" as lead capture.

I'm initially offering 3 productized services: 1. A marketing plan based only on my research and conversations with the founder. 2. Customer interviews that help guide marketing strategy, positioning, and niching down to an ideal customer. 3. executing on the proposed marketing strategy.

      So far i've had some decent initial interest from both Twitter and Indie Hackers. I'm working in stealth from my network IRL for the moment. But will eventually lean on Linkedin and my network too
