CX Tales

Launched an initial version of CX Tales in the form of curated newsletter. The email newsletter would be sent every week, with 5 curated articles on customer experience.

Launched the platform on Twitter and tagged a few friends to get the initial subscriber base. The platform is powered by Ghost and Substation theme and Ghost "Members" feature is being used to handle the signups with Mailgun powering the SMTP and email newsletters, Plausible powering the analytics.

I was a Customer Success Manager working on a startup and I was starting to discover my passion for anything Customer Experience. It was when I got the initial idea of a Customer Experience Community and registered the domain https://cxtales.com and started thinking about it.
