DailyBytes was born from the need to reduce our reliance on our smartphones in order to become more productive in our daily lives.

The core idea stems from the ever-so-popular Morning Brew newsletter of whose big selling point is aggregating market data into an easy read 5 minute newsletter every morning thus eliminating the need to log into multiple separate apps/services just to stay updated.

Where it differs is in the level of customizability. While Morning Brew offers an amazing service for those people looking to stay updated on worldwide events it lacks the tailored finish to the individual reader.

The basic concept is DailyBytes is therefore simple. Provide an easy/intuitive way for the user to create their own tailored newsletter of summarized data from their favourite apps and platforms. Pull the latest tweets from your favourite Twitter accounts, view new projects on Product Hunt, stay updated with your top YouTube creators, and much more.

What makes this even better is that the user could stay updated on exactly what they want to see without being tracked or bombarded with ads by external services.
