AI-powered knowledge assistants
I just built and launched DakshaBot.
Most businesses struggle to handle customer questions at scale. Support teams spend time answering the same queries repeatedly, while visitors often leave if they don’t get instant answers.
DakshaBot solves this by letting businesses create an AI-powered knowledge assistant in under 10 minutes. You can train it on your website content, documents, PDFs, FAQs, or any internal knowledge base, and deploy it directly on your site with a simple embed.
The assistant responds to customer questions 24/7, using only the information you provide. It does not guess or pull random internet answers, which keeps responses accurate and grounded in your actual business content.
It’s built for global use, supporting 30+ languages with automatic detection. It also supports INR billing for Indian users via Razorpay and USD pricing for international customers, making it flexible for both SMBs and enterprises.
Core idea: help businesses turn their existing knowledge into a live, always-available AI assistant without complex setup or technical effort.
I'm also open to acquisition discussions with founders, agencies, or businesses interested in acquiring the full platform, including the complete codebase, domain, branding, documentation, and related assets.
About
Most support teams waste time on repetitive tickets. I built this to automate those answers using only a business’s own knowledge base, reducing load, cost, and response time.

One thing I'd be careful with:
The interesting question may not be whether businesses want an AI knowledge assistant.
It may be what decision they're actually making when they choose to adopt one.
Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different conclusions about positioning, proof, and where the product's value really sits.
I wouldn't make that call casually this early.
That's a really good distinction. My initial assumption is that businesses aren't actually buying an AI assistant. They're buying faster support, better customer experience, reduced repetitive workload, and the ability to make their knowledge accessible 24/7.
The assistant is just the mechanism. I'm still early in validating which of those outcomes is the primary driver for adoption and which customer segments value it most. Definitely something I'm trying to learn rather than assume.
