1000 YouTube Subscribers!

Growing on YouTube turns from incredibly difficult when trying to get those first 100 subs to strangely addicting as you gain traction.

It's difficult to quantify or explain all that I've learned, but it's immediately apparent when I watch any one of my older videos 🙈

Starting a channel is one of the best ways to learn about pitching your ideas (title/thumbnail), telling a story (watch time), video editing, affiliate marketing , and more.

If you are inclined to work with visual medial, give it a shot!

That's true. The early days are tough but once people start resonating with you, the days are magical! JUst want to keep going. Congrats on the first 1000 subs :)

Thanks so much! It's been much more fun with increased comments and interaction as well — fuels faster learning 🙌

Cool man! What is the channel about?

So far, it's largely lens reviews of Canon's new RF system. It's a good fit as I grow in photography, I know it's a topic that gets tons of search (that I can siphon off some small trickle), and luckily lends itself to monetization with affiliates.

Congrats, because getting yt subscribers is gtting harder with time.

It definitely seems more competitive than it was. It makes it just as fun as it is frustrating 😅
