Export Excel to PDF and prepare Outlook emails in one click

I built a simple way to eliminate repetitive Excel tasks

I noticed I was repeating the same workflow every day:

• Export Excel file to PDF

• Open Outlook

• Attach the file

• Write the email

It’s not difficult, but it takes time and is easy to mess up (especially forgetting attachments).

So I created a small automation tool that does everything in one click:

- Exports Excel to PDF

- Creates an Outlook draft

- Attaches the file automatically

Now I just click once and everything is ready.
