After soft-launching it through IH a month there's a been a lot of changes across the board - website, new features, infrastructure setup and pricing. I've played a lot of pricing models that is fair and won't scare away potential users. There's a gazillion discussions around IH, there's no "Magic Number" around it.
My current paid pricing model is "Pay for what you use", if you use less then you pay less.

IH has been amazing in the last few days - site got noticed, had people contacted me for private beta access, and plus other stuff.
I've written a short blog update about my experience, and what we've done based on the feedback.

This week,I launched datapipe in private beta.The project has gone through pivots & changes. It's now ready for public beta use - indiehackers mostly!
Feedback from friends and colleagues were taken.
Looking forward 2020 and excited on how far this product will go.
