Data Visualization SaaS
We sent an email to our contacts to try to get them to buy a yearly subscription for our Data Visualization product.
This comes 9 months after we achieved our goal in a Kickstarter campaign. We still need to finish some things for the product to work properly but we are getting there.

It has been difficult to reach individual supporters. We have had more success pre-selling access to our data visualization SaaS for organizations that do not necessarily have a data scientists and a designer to help them communicate data. Will continue testing the market to see how many new customers we can reach

We need a little financial push to keep developing and improving the Data Visualization SaaS, but more importantly we want to validate if our solution makes sense internationally. So far we have had some success and validation by working with different types of customers in Latin America. Now we need to go beyond and test our ideas for an international and english speaking audience.

Had a group of customers from 2 different countries paying for the online services of the SaaS solution. Including on-boarding services that pretty much were easily packaged thanks to the previous consultancy services we did before. The challenge now is to improve the service with their feedback and getting new customers.

Made it to the third year alive. We are now a team of 7, diverse, more women than men and working with cool data science projects. Paid the bills but growth is small. Got some grant money to implement some specific projects but finally had a bit of time to work on the SaaS solution. It was always in the roadmap, and progress was made through the consulting projects we implemented before but not fast enough.

Got a first working version for a tool to make maps on line with few clicks. However, since my previous ventures didn't last not even 3 years, I figured I would try to create something that resembled a real company with sales, a good team and cool paid projects.

After failing twice before as an entrepreneur I figured I would go all in again. I wanted to solve the problem of communicating data effectively for those small teams who cannot afford a data scientist, not even programmer or a designer. No big data, let's go Big Small Data
