Plan work with your team’s wellbeing in mind

September 7, 2021 Launched Mood Insider

Ever felt like your mood had a big influence over the quality of the work you put out in the world? My wife and I definitely have throughout our respective careers.

And since we're building a tool that helps people plan work with their well-being in mind, we thought it would be a great thing to track our mood over time and see if there was any correlation with the quality of our work or even the amount of tasks we complete.

With that in mind, we added this Mood Insider feature in Dawn, so people can have a clear overview of their mood but also get prompted with various suggestions daily/weekly in relation to the mood they record.

The more honest you are with yourself at the time of recording your mood, the better chance you'll have to avoid being overwhelmed or burning out.

Hope you'll like it!

July 28, 2021 Open to everyone

Dawn is open for everyone

After spending some time doing a closed beta testing, we decided it was time to open Dawn to everyone who wants to give it a try.

We are still in the early stages of what we set out to achieve with it but believe that gathering initial feedback is going to be key and help better inform where to take it next.

Onwards and upwards! πŸš€βœ¨

July 21, 2021 First paid customer

We've not launched officially yet but today, we are extremely delighted as we made our very first sale via the email list we had built and have been nurturing alongside our soft launch πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰

This is an exciting first milestone and a great boost for what's to come, especially as we are preparing to "open the gates" a bit more very soon!

June 30, 2021 Soft launch

After some hiccups in 2020, we took it on ourselves and spent the little time we had re-doing the app from the ground up. Today, backed by the way our alpha testing went, we proudly soft-launched the base version of Dawn to some 100+ early subscribers that had registered organically on our website.

Onward! πŸŽ‰

August 19, 2020 Open for pre-registration

πŸŒ… Today, we're delighted to launch a simple page for people to register their interest in our forthcoming tool, Dawn.

⏰ With Dawn, we aim to make everyone work better hours, rather than more hours.

βœ… We're building this tool in a way that people get to work on the right tasks and the right amount of them.

🧠 Too much work often leaves people feeling overwhelmed which in turns leads to less focused/effective brains in the workplace.

🌱 Mental health is too often overlooked and we want to bring mental health awareness where it matters most: when you actually plan what needs done.

Thanks for the feedback @gergo_balogh! Admittedly, we're testing the water in increments with all that we do around the pre-launch/launch/etc.

First phase was this one. The most vague of all, but we wanted to see if we could still achieve some interest without being super specific. As we make progress with building the product, we'll launch more and more precise updates on all channels, the landing page being one of them ✌️

April 10, 2020 The ideas was born

We took a week out of our regular schedules to run a design sprint and a brand workshop around an idea we had. We didn't know it just yet but this was the inception of Dawn and we would go on to spend a lot more time on this initial idea to turn it into a reality.

About

Companies put the emphasis on being productive without looking after the most important part in their team: their people. We're building Dawn to make project management much more human, with mental health built-in.
