June 2, 2025 Where it’s going

I created the 1st version of DayCount a few days ago. I added a "Pro" version for users that want to go further with it.

  • Public holidays for ~10 countries

  • Store previous worked days

  • Calculate your invoice

  • CSV & PDF export

Right now it’s a one-page tool. Clean, fast, focused.

Curious: what would you need in a freelance tracker?

May 27, 2025 What DayCount does

It’s a tool for freelancers who need to track how many days they’ve worked, for their own records or clients.

  • No start/stop buttons

  • No logins for clients

  • Just you and a calendar

And it shows your monthly total and revenue estimation based on your TJM.

It’s live here: getdaycount.com
Would love your feedback 🙏

May 25, 2025 Why I built it

I’m a freelancer, and every month I’d ask myself the same question:

"How many days have I actually worked?"

Invoices, spreadsheets, Notion… it was always a mess.

So I built DayCount — a super simple tool to log your work days

  • No timers

  • Just check days on a calendar

  • It does the math for you

I made it for myself, but others wanted it too.

About

I built DayCount to answer a simple question: how many days have I worked this month for this client? It’s a lightweight tool I made for myself — and other freelancers found it useful too.
