A Calm Life in Days Calendar
I kept feeling weeks blur together and wanted a quiet way to actually see that time is finite - so I built Daymark.
You enter your birthday and an expected lifespan, and it draws your whole life as a grid of dots: every week you've lived is bright, every one still ahead is dim, and one glowing mark is right now. That's the whole idea. No accounts, no streaks, no nagging - everything stays on your device.
I went deep on the details I personally wanted: home screen and lock screen widgets, an Apple Watch face, and one quiet daily reflection. It's free, with no monetization - a craft project I wanted to exist.

I like that the product isn't trying to increase screen time.
The visualization is simple, but it changes how people think about time. That's a stronger foundation than adding more productivity features.
Thanks, that means a lot, it's exactly the bet. I actually built streaks and stats early on, then cut them because they undercut the whole point: look, feel something, close it. The part I'm still unsure about is whether the quiet daily reflection earns its place or is one feature too many, how did that land for you?
That's a good question.
I do have a view on it, but I don't think it can be separated from the kind of product you're trying to build. I'd rather explain the reasoning with your app as the context than give you a generic opinion.
