DealFlow

Real Estate Deal Management & Underwriting Platform

Visit Website
December 13, 2025 Launched DealFlow: A Real Estate CRM built with Next.js 16 & Supabase

I've been working on this for the past few weeks and finally shipped the MVP today.

The Problem:
I noticed real estate wholesalers were still running million-dollar operations using messy Excel sheets and email threads.

The Solution:
I built DealFlow to streamline the process. It handles:

  • Deal Submission & File Storage (Supabase Storage)

  • Underwriting (Automated ARV & MAO calculations)

  • Pipeline Management (Kanban Board)

The Tech Stack:

  • Next.js 16 (App Router)

  • React 19

  • Supabase (Auth, Database, RLS)

  • Tailwind CSS 4

I just listed the project on IndieMaker to see if there's interest in the source code, but I'm mostly looking for feedback on the Underwriting Logic.

You can try the live demo here: https://real-estate-deal-platform.vercel.app/

Let me know what you think of the dark mode implementation!

About

As a developer, I specifically wanted to push the limits of Next.js 16 and Supabase. I wanted to see if I could build a complex, role-based system (Agents vs. Underwriters) that was faster and cheaper to run than CRMs
