Deflekt.ai

Deflekt.ai is now open for business. It's not finished and I guess it will never be finished, but I needed to launch publicly at one point. I wrote a little blog about why I built Deflekt.ai - you'll find it at https://deflekt.ai/blog/why-i-built-deflektai.

I'm currently working on the MVP for Deflekt.ai and aiming for a closed beta launch in July. The core product is pretty basic. With all these different AI chat tools popping up, wouldn't it be nice if they could also answer your customer support emails?

The devil is in the details. What if the customer's question isn't answered and sends a reply? What if your API service is offline or returns an error? What if you ran out of credits? How do you measure what % was successfully deflected? Deflekt.ai will take care of all of this.

The heart of the app (the email part) is done. Currently finishing up the UI with some monitoring and stats. People that want to give it a try are welcome to DM me on Twitter.
