I just got my first paying customer and finished their product... now what?
It feels great to get my first product completed. The customer was satisfied with the end product, and there is the potential for more work in the future. But how do I get customer 2, 3, and more?
I got this 1st customer through a long time friend who launched a Continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) software. It was easy because of the previous connection, but now there are no prospects coming in. I'm curious how others have dealt with this and any impactful ways to get over the hump.
