DesignerFlow
The Studio OS for interior design teams
Hi Indie Hackers — I’m Cristian, an interior designer and solo founder building DesignerFlow.
DesignerFlow is a Studio OS for interior design teams. It brings projects, rooms, item lists / FF&E / BOQ, suppliers, renderings, documents, quote requests, activity and client-facing presentation access into one connected workspace.
The idea comes from my own design workflow. Interior projects often end up split between Excel sheets, Drive folders, supplier emails, WhatsApp threads, PDFs, render revisions and client updates. The problem is not just storage — it’s that the current state of the project becomes hard to understand.
I’m building DesignerFlow to make that project state visible again.
The product now has a free plan for solo designers and small studios: 1 project and 100MB storage, so people can test the workflow without a 30-day trial pressure.
I’m still early and trying to understand the best way to reach this niche market. Product Hunt brought visibility, but the real buyers are interior studios, not necessarily general startup users.
Would love feedback from other founders building vertical SaaS:
How would you approach first users in a niche professional market where the pain is real, but the audience is not very “software-native”?
