Sharing job opportunities has been one of the key value props of our slack community, since its quite a vetted and curated audience.

We finally managed to put together our job board leveraging a few wordpress plugins & custom post types: https://designx.community/jobs

The job board pulls in jobs from our slack channels (manual currently). We also include these job posts in our weekly newsletter.

Next step is to direct members to share jobs on a form on our website, which will then automatically create posts for the job board, push the jobs to buffer (for social) and to a google sheet (via zapier) for our newsletter content.

I created a survey in our slack community (in a channel specifically for design leaders) to better understand the value they see in our job board and the $$ they'd be willing to spend to share a job opportunity.
