October 5, 2022 2nd release after +120 users.

We've released a new version of devjour.com, After the first release, we shared it with friends and on Reddit, where we got over 120 users.
The main new features:

  • Improving the mental well-being and productivity charts
  • Encrypt users’ inputs to provide a safe guided journal environment for the users to journal openly.
  • Customized email notifications

We'd like to learn how to make the product better by validating our ideas with more people using the site. The next step will be sharing it more widely to get more users.

August 11, 2022 30 more new signups from a single reddit post!

It was crazy yesterday, we didn't officially launch Devjour yet. just posted on a subreddit about Devjour and we got 500 new visitors and 30 new signups. and we received valuable feedback as well. it seems that posting on related communities has larger effect than general startup communities

We softly launched last month to learn more from real users, and by today we got our first 10 users, and already received some useful feedback and suggestions which is already aligned with our vision and roadmap. still looking for more users and to learn more

great thing! do they already pay or are they early adopters you use to iterate on their feedback?

Thanks!, they are early adopters, we are focusing to make it better and learn from real users before we launch a paid version of it.

July 19, 2022 MVP in 2 weeks

We managed to get MVP live in 2 weeks, we are aiming to see first impressions and learn more. the MVP is fully functioning with the core features, we still have a bigger image with many improvements. but we need to learn from real users first.
We are planing for more launching in the coming days in different places

We are developers ourselves and we found it hard to keep track of notes and feedaback. We thought about creating a small tool that could help us clear our minds and organise our thought through answering simple questions
