I forget what I ship. So I built DevReplay.

I just published DevReplay, a little tool I built because I kept forgetting what I actually shipped. AI has made me multitask like crazy across repos and side projects, and I needed a simple way to look back and see what changed and why.
The free tier already gives you a clean event list from GitHub, and the $5 plan adds AI summaries if you want daily context.
Would love any feedback—especially around clarity and pricing. And if you try it, I’d love to hear whether the summaries are genuinely useful for you.

DevReplay looks solid — but the real differentiator will be clarity in positioning: explain who it helps most and why it’s faster/better than debugging logs alone.

This is such a handy idea! I can totally relate to losing track of what’s been shipped across multiple projects. The free tier looks like a great way to try it out, and the AI summaries for $5/day sound really valuable for context without digging through commits. Curious to see how well the summaries capture the ‘why’ behind changes — that could be a real time-saver for developers juggling multiple repos.
I’d be interested to explore what the “why” would look like. Could you give an example? I think it would be doable.
