The idea came from a pretty simple frustration: static forms are great for volume, but terrible at getting the “why”. If someone writes “it was fine” or “pricing was confusing”, a form just moves on. A good interviewer would ask a follow-up.

Diaform lets you create a structured interview, share one link, and let an AI agent run the conversation by voice or text.

It asks follow-up questions, adapts to each answer, and then summarizes every response into themes, sentiment, notable quotes, and structured answers.

Teams are using it for things like:
- customer discovery
- churn and cancellation interviews
- onboarding feedback
- testimonial collection
- product feedback surveys

What's interesting here is that the value of an interview often comes from the unexpected turn in the conversation.

The more structured and scalable the process becomes, the more I'd find myself wondering what gets amplified and what gets filtered out.

    That's not necessarily a problem.

It's just the kind of thing I'd want to understand very early.
