The idea for dialecto is to build a great products mixing conversations and e-commerce. There are a lot of conversational solutions out there but not many of them are tailored for e-commerce, plus we have lot of experience with WhatsApp and AI, so it makes sense to start this journey at https://www.dialecto.com.
