Angel list was incredibly helpful in sourcing candidates. They are very enthuastic in joining the company and believe in the vision and our goals. It's so exciting to be a founder and I'm falling in love with my job, every day. We'll also be changing our model a bit which will be very very exciting.
We posted a job posting for a UX/UI intern on Angel List and we got about 20 applicants in the first 3 days. I just decided to go for it and see what my options would be and it ended up working out. I'm setting up interviews next week to talk to candidates a bit more.
I just checked , I can't believe it but since creating a landing page for Diaper Duty back in May, we hit over 39,092 views and unique visits were at 4,302 all-time.
All of this was organic by posting on LinkedIn, Twitter and having the link on my twitter handles. I only recently added email collection which I wish I did earlier! (I know! but you live and learn).
