I spent some time every morning reading tech news from multiple sources such as Venture Beats, The Verge, CNBC tech, TechCrunch, etc. There are two reasons behind it:
- The tech industry is moving at a very fast pace. I personally think that being updated with the latest technology is essential to get ahead.
- I believe the more information that you know means the more opportunity & options you have. Being updated with the most recent technology can supplement my execution because I have more options to choose from to move forward compared to those who are not aware of those opportunities.
I usually share these insights that I got from the news with my friends/family; especially things that could be beneficial for their career or business. I'm thinking what If I write it down instead of redundantly sharing the same thing over and over with multiple different people.
That Idea lead to Digger Insights, a 5-7min reading daily newsletter made fun, with advantageous insights for business opportunities (since that's what I've been looking for every day).
I don't mind sharing my personal insights on the newsletter because I believe in what John Doerr's said "Ideas are easy. Execution is everything."
