After establishing the product based on our NY market, we felt ready to increase our user base and local by starting to expand our services to other cities. We launched simoulteneously in 12 other large metro areas including LA, SF, Miami, DC, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Austin and Toronto.

It took a while to get to the MVP but around the end of 2014, we had the MVP ready in a form that was close to the original vision. We had a decent amount of users joining organically everyday and things were looking good. We launched it only in NYC at the beggining.

I had the idea for a while but it wasnt until now that I solidified it and actually started to take actions towards actually going for it. I Came up with the concept with an MVP and partnered with a technical co-founder. Once we agreed on the concept, we started the work
