Digi Go
DigiGo, Verify Once. Access Anywhere.
Hi everyone,
We've been building DigiGo, a platform that lets users verify their identity once using a government-issued ID and facial verification, then use that verified identity for faster, more secure check-ins across different locations.
The problem we kept seeing was that people have to repeatedly show the same ID, fill out the same forms, and wait in line every time they visit a hotel, office, hospital, or other facility.
Our approach is:
One-time identity verification.
Face-based authentication for returning users.
Faster, contactless check-ins.
Businesses maintain control over who can access their premises.
One challenge we've discovered is that the technology isn't the hardest part -earning user trust is. People want clear answers about:
What data is stored?
How long is it retained?
Can users delete their data?
Is facial recognition happening on every visit or only during authentication?
Those questions have shaped our product as much as the technical work.
I'd love feedback from other founders on:
Does the value proposition make sense to you?
If you were evaluating this product, what would be your biggest concern?
What would make you trust a platform like this?
Not here to pitch - I'm genuinely interested in hearing how other builders think about balancing convenience, security, and privacy.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
